One Belt One Road Initiative was launched by President Xi Jinping in late 2013 to address challenges from the upgrading of the Chinese export-oriented economy and reorganizing of its outbound investments. In past years, the initiative has evolved to become a grand strategy of China for national resurgence in economics, politics as well as culture. The main focus has been placed on the Silk Road spirit, which means peace and development and multi-polarity in global governance. As such, the Chinese strategy involves geostrategic issues at global, regional and national levels and a disruption to the existing status quo of Pax Americana that has been established since the World War II in the 20th Century.

Persatuan Muafakat One Belt One Road (One Belt One Road Association), is a non profit organization. The Association consists of a group of Malaysian entrepreneurs who have investment in China. PCCI is the voice of Philippine business recognized by government and international institutions. As a proactive catalyst of development, PCCI promotes and supports the drive for globally competitive Philippine enterprises in partnership with government, local chambers, and other business organizations.

The Philippine Silk Road International Chamber of Commerce (PSRICC) is a business organization to coordinate and promote the strategic idea if “One Belt One Road”. The first batch of officers was inducted by no less than the President of the Philippines, Rodrigo R. Duterte in October 13, 2016.

PSRICC was formed under the supervision of the Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce (SRCIC) and is the first overseas ”Silk Road” chamber of SRCIC. Under the leadership of its founding chairman, Amb. Francis Chua, who is concurrently the vice chairman and executive board member of SRCIC, the PSRICC was formed to coordinate with and carry out various activities between SRCIC and the Philippines, and to help facilitate investment and various projects within the region. It also acts as a bridge between investors between China and the Philippines.

Poland Hong Kong Business Association, was set up in order to focus on strengthening cooperation between Poland and Hong Kong and further developing business activities. It is an initiative of Polish business community, entrepreneurs and high level executives. The organization is created by and addressed to micro, medium and large companies from both the private and public sectors that already cooperate or want to start business contacts with companies from Hong Kong.
