The Institute pursues the following objectives:

a) To encourage inter-disciplinary approach to conduct research in the fields of history, archaeology, religion, philosophy, sociology, linguistics, culture, art, economics, transportation, technology, politics and international relations in the Eurasian region in general and Turkic-speaking countries in particular;

b) To develop strategies aimed at protecting regional peace and further cooperation among Turkic-speaking countries in the region;

c) To promote joint research projects and facilitate joint activities with regional and international research centers;

d) To pay particular attention to projects developed in cooperation with regional and international institutions working on Turkic-speaking countries;

e) To support Masters and PhD students’ research activities by providing scholarship in their field of interest;

f) To open new courses;

g) To publish reports, bulletins, journals and books and to prepare digital data base;

h) To make announcements to the public about the activities of/with the support of the Institute;

i) To organize national and international academic workshops and open training programs;

j) To give prizes to the researchers in their field of interest.

Interdisciplinary research, implementation, and support of research projects on social, economic and cultural issues of the Eurasian continent, the preservation of historical and cultural heritage, peace, understanding and cooperation from the Balkans to the expanse of Mongolia.

香港工业总会（工总）于1960年根据《香港工业总会条例》(香港法例第321章)成立，目标如下：争取及保障香港工商业界的利益；促进贸易、投资、技术改良、人力资源等各方面的发展，提供更多业务拓展机会；代表工商业界向当局反映意见，并就工商业政策及法例提出参考建议。理事会负责工总的决策和管理，而秘书处则负责贯彻执行理事会决定的政策和日常运作。

香港金融科技协会是一个非牟利，独立，会员制的组织，由董事会成员和委员会联合主席组成的义工小组领导，代表香港金融科技界的声音。他们关注金融科技在香港、大中华区和亚洲的未来发展，其成员涵盖个人，初创公司到国际金融机构。 香港金融科技协会还与政府和监管机构有紧密合作，倡导金融科技生态系统的国际标准，并通过倡导，合作和教育，支持香港发展成为领先的金融科技中心。

Upon its establishment in 1986, the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEİK) was assigned with the following tasks: to organise and manage the foreign economic relations of the Turkish private sector, in particular with respect to foreign trade, international investments, services, contracting and logistics; to analyse investment opportunities at home and abroad; to help boost the country’s exports, and to coordinate similar business development activities.

In 2014, DEİK was restructured, and with law No: 6552 of 11 September 2014 assigned the task of “conducting the foreign economic relations of the Turkish private sector”, to become “business diplomacy” organisation comprising Business Councils, Founding Institutions and individual members that represent Turkey’s business community and its leading entrepreneurs, contributing to the functioning of the institution on a ‘voluntary basis’.

Since its founding in 1900 the OAV, operating as a trade association, has provided its members with experience, dedication and the best contact links possible.

Comprising of more than 800 members, the OAV is the largest foreign trade association. Of these 800 members, around 500 are corporate members from all sectors across the whole of Germany, such as representatives of the large industrial concerns, medium-sized manufacturing firms, trade companies, banks, insurance companies and service providers. 

The German Hong Kong Association was founded in 1996 in Frankfurt/Germany and is a non-profit organisation with a total membership figure of over 100. The main focus is to develop and strengthen the economic ties between businessmen, institutions and organisations from Germany and Hong Kong. As a forum for establishing contacts, exchanging information and experiences we provide active and practical support to our members in all aspects of doing business in Hong Kong and China.
